Low-profile · High-force · Built around your fixture

Pancake load cells.
Precision starts
with the load path.

Low-profile compression & tension force transducers for material testing, servo press-fit systems and structural rigs. Align the capacity, bolt circle and measurement chain before you commit.

02 / The replacement decision

A familiar model number
is only the starting point.

Review an Interface 1200 / 1201 / 3201 or HBK U10M alternative through a documented mechanical and electrical comparison.

01 — MECHANICAL

OD. Height. Thread. Bolt circle.

Capture the original drawing revision, installed base and loading hardware. Check the complete stack, not just the sensor body.

02 — ELECTRICAL

Bridge output to system scaling.

Compare excitation, mV/V, polarity, pinout and the receiving amplifier. Plan recalibration after replacement.

03 — VALIDATION

Static accuracy and dynamic duty.

Confirm overload, parasitic loads, stiffness and the force spectrum. Keep a measured acceptance plan with the replacement record.

03 / Load introduction

The base is part of
the measuring system.

Support stiffness, bolt preload and contact alignment influence the force seen by the sensing webs. A low-profile compression force transducer needs a controlled installation boundary.

01

Ground mating base

Include the intended mounting base in the dimensional and calibration review.

02

Spherical contact, controlled alignment

Review button radius, platen hardness and lateral freedom under load.

03

One defined measurement chain

Specify bridge, excitation, amplifier, sampling and traceability as one system.

Moment compensation reduces sensitivity within a qualified load envelope. It does not remove the need to control side force or bending moment.

Engineering intake

Bring the load path.
We’ll review the fit.

Send your capacity, center thread and mounting envelope. Include the full original part number when replacing an installed sensor.

Request a dimensioned drawing, capacity-specific calibration plan and itemized hardware quotation before freezing the fixture.

[email protected] ↗

CAD and test reports are supplied for the agreed configuration. No generic drawing is presented as an approved production part.

Include height, mounting-hole count and the original model suffix where known. “Not yet defined” is welcome.

Required Hardware & Signal Options

Indicative option increments for budgeting. Fit, base price, calibration, shipping and final options are confirmed in the quotation.

Compact models (1–25 kN): request DHL Express parcel service and the current route transit estimate. Heavy-capacity models (50–1,000 kN): itemized DHL/FedEx heavy air freight on your formal Proforma Invoice. Dispatch, transit, customs and final freight depend on destination, availability and packed mass.
